Using the tools
The readiness assessment and concentration worksheet run in your browser. Your answers and sales figures are not sent to Old Growth while you use the tools. Downloaded results are saved to your device. Closing or reloading the page clears the current tool session.
Requesting a conversation
If you submit an inquiry, the form sends the fields you complete, your industry, optional business location, and timing selections, the page or resource that led to the inquiry, and your permission to respond. Assessment answers are included only if you keep the separate sharing checkbox selected. Worksheet sales figures are never included.
Old Growth and Deep Forest AI use this information to review and respond to your inquiry. This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not submit customer lists, personal employee records, financial account details, or confidential files.
Storage and service operation
Inquiry records are stored using Cloudflare services. Inquiry notifications are sent to the existing Old Growth inbox so our team can review and respond. Basic request information may be processed to operate the service and limit abuse. Campaign links may carry a short campaign code as you move between pages. If you submit an inquiry, that code helps identify which post led to the conversation. It contains no tool answers or sales figures. To understand which resources lead to inquiries, this site keeps a short record of public pages visited, the entry referring website, and any campaign code in this browser tab. This record resets after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the tab is closed. It is sent to Old Growth only when you submit an inquiry with permission to respond. It contains no form text, tool answers, sales figures, search terms, or visitor identifier. No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are included in this site.
Website traffic analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on our public website to understand which pages are read, where visits come from, and how quickly pages load. Reports include page views, visits, referring websites, country, device and browser type, and page performance. These measurements are sent when a page loads or is left, independently of an inquiry submission.
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or track people across websites. We do not send form entries, assessment answers, or worksheet sales figures to this service. Cloudflare does not log URL query strings for Web Analytics. The private preview and separate console are excluded from this installation. Read about Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Optional audience analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we save a random identifier and your choice in this browser for up to 90 days. This helps count new and returning browsers on Old Growth. It is not a name or a login and does not follow you to other websites. You can decline without changing how the site works, or change your choice using Analytics choices in the footer. Declining removes the analytics identifier from this browser. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep this optional tracking off. If browser storage is blocked, it stays off.
With permission, the browser sends its random identifier, the public page path and a test-traffic flag to our own service. We store a one-way keyed version of the identifier, observation times and approximate country, state or region, and city supplied by Cloudflare. The page path is validated but is not saved in these audience records. We do not request GPS, street addresses or precise coordinates. Network location can be inaccurate, including when a VPN or mobile connection is used.
Audience records are kept for up to 90 days and are not joined to inquiry contact details or assessment answers. We use a separate daily one-way request key to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in these records. Reports contain aggregate counts. Previously collected records expire through the same retention process after you opt out. The separate cookie-free Cloudflare traffic measurement described above continues independently.
Sell or reinvest assessment
Your answers and comparison are calculated on the page and are not sent to us when you view or download your results. They are cleared if you leave or refresh. If you choose to include them and submit an inquiry, we store the eight answers and assessment version with your contact details. The summary and next steps are included in the existing inquiry email. You can submit an inquiry without sharing assessment results.
Assessment usage counts
For the sell-or-reinvest tool, we record when an assessment session starts and when results are displayed. A random identifier in this browser tab connects those two events and, if you submit an inquiry, helps us count sessions that lead to a saved inquiry. It resets after 30 minutes without assessment activity, or when the tab is closed. It does not identify you across websites or devices. Reviewing answers or repeating a click does not create another counted session.
These usage events are sent to our own Cloudflare service independently of an inquiry. They contain the event name, a temporary session identifier, and a test-traffic flag. The server records receipt times and a daily, one-way request key to limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in the assessment records. No answers, result categories, financial figures, or contact details are included. A submitted inquiry can be associated with its completed session even if you choose not to share the answers. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for these assessment events. Blocking storage or requests may reduce measurement accuracy.
